So you might be wondering what we do at the end of each season with so many skis in good condition that we aren’t going to be renting out anymore. The answer is simple, anything that is broken or unusable is discarded, while all of the good stuff is put on eBay at very attractive prices.

How old are the skis you offer?
We stock our rental shop each season with new skis only. Skis that are in our STANDARD category, are sold after two seasons of use, while our VIP models are sold after 3 years of use. Each pair of skis is fully serviced and freshly waxed before being sent out. We have high quality pictures of each pair posted on eBay, which show the condition of the bases and edges.
What are your shipping conditions?
We ship to over 50 countries world wide. For countries within the EU we ship via DPD and offer the option to combine orders. Delivery time for the EU is 5 working days. For the rest of the world, we ship via the normal post office and shipping time depends on where you are located. We ship boots, helmets and poles for free when the purchase is combined with a pair of skis.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns. If you don’t like what you have received for any reason, you can send it back to us and receive a different pair or your money back. Shipping is covered by the client in both directions. We do not offer returns for skis sold as “For parts or not working”. Some skis have undergone many service cycles, so there is not much base material (or edges) left. Skis are fresh after the last service, but in our opinion cannot undergo another service in the future. That is why these skis are sold as non-working or for spares and these items are non-returnable. We have a 100% positive feedback rating and want every one of our customers to be satisfied in the end.
Is everything you offer on Ebay?
As you can imagine, we have a very big selection of skis at the end of each season. Additionally, we also stock and offer skis from colleagues of ours, all checked and serviced by us. This means that the sheer number of products that have to be photographed and uploaded is very high. As our staff is smaller in the off season, it takes a while to get everything processed and uploaded. We are often uploading new items, that we just haven’t had time to upload so far. So feel free to check back from time to time to see if something new has been put on sale.
