Having your rented kit stolen, damaged, or lost, unfortunately, can happen often during your winter sports holiday. We know that losing or damaging the equipment can be distressing and can potentially ruin your trip. Therefore, we’ve come up with the idea to provide our customers with protection during their rental period with Ski & Board Traventuria.
Equipment protection package
You can book the protection with every ski or snowboard package for an additional daily tax per customer. It covers loss, theft, or damage and in such events, you will receive a deduction of the amount due for the damaged, stolen, or changed equipment.
Here are the types of equipment protection we offer:
- BASIC protection package
At the price of 1 euro per day, you will get a 30% deduction for the equipment that is lost/stolen and a 100% deduction for every piece of equipment that is damaged.
(*The price of all PREMIUM, TOP, and VIP ski/snowboard packages, when pre-booked online on our websites, already include the Basic Equipment Protection Package by default) - PREMIUM protection package
For 3 euro per day, you will receive a 50% deduction for every piece of equipment that is lost/stolen and a 100% deduction for damage. - VIP protection package
This type of protection will give you a 70% deduction for the lost/stolen equipment and 100% deduction per every piece of equipment that is damaged, for 5 Euro per day.

If equipment protection is not booked, here is the total amount to be paid:
Adult Basic Skis: 320 BGN
Adult Premium Skis: 420 BGN
Adult TOP Skis: 520 BGN
Adult VIP Skis: 620 BGN
Child Skis: 220 BGN
Adult Basic Snowboard: 350 BGN
Adult Premium Snowboard: 450 BGN
Adult VIP Snowboard: 550 BGN
Ski boots (adult and child): 290 BGN
Snowboard boots (adult and child): 190 BGN
Poles: 29 BGN
Helmet: 59 BGN
Goggles: 39 BGN
What to do in case of loss or damage during the rental period?
- Call Ski & Board Traventuria to report it as soon as you can by calling +35924472750.
- Do not replace the equipment with someone else’s. If you don’t bring your rented equipment back, you will have to pay as per our terms.
- Report the theft of equipment at the nearest Police Station. A copy of the received Theft Report has to be brought at Ski & Board Traventuria when claiming to take advantage of an Equipment Protection Package booked.
