Sunny weather and still good snow conditions, Bansko, 16.02.24

It is Friday again and we are getting ready for the week-end.
The weather is sunny with temperatures above zero, however the slopes are still in good condition, due to the hard ice base below the snow.

The resort is crowded and the pistes are also busy. The morning wait in line for the Gondola cabin lift (bottom station) is around 1 hour and 30 min or even more. However, there are no queues for the rest of the lifts in the higher parts of the resort.
