I booked a shuttle bus from Bansko to Gotse Delchev Hut online. The bus was on time and its red color made it easy to spot.

Perfect. On time. The only company offering the connection I was looking for (unlikely).

Received good pre trip updates with helpful links in slick fashion. Minibus was on time, driver was really cool, transfer was quick.
I left cap on the bus and it was taken back to Bansko office same day for me to pick up on my return.
I'll definitely be using this service a lot!

I can not fault my driver this morning! I was unsure where the pick up point was and he messaged me in good time to say he ll pick me up from the hotel next door. He picked us all up slightly earlier and we made it to the airport in really good time. Really made my journey home smooth. Thank you.

Good communication 1 day before the ride with clear instructions about the pick up location and what to expect. Joro was our driver, he arrived at our pick up location on time and is very friendly. The ride was pleasant, airco inside, good seats and enough legspace. I definitely recommend this company!

Amazing experience with Traventuria transfers from Sofia to Bansko and back!
We booked everything easily through their website, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The bus was clean, branded, super comfortable, and very well organized. Our driver was kind, polite, and very attentive, which made the trip even more pleasant.
The day before the transfer, they sent us all the important details by both email and WhatsApp, including the bus number, tracking link, driver information, and exact pickup point β very professional and extremely helpful.
Everything was perfectly on time, both on the way to Bansko and back to Sofia. Excellent service, great communication, and a very reliable company.
Highly recommended β absolutely outstanding!😍

We arrived earlier than expected and the representative we spoke to was quick to move us onto the bus before our planned shuttle, getting us to our destination more quickly. However, we were under the impression that the shuttle would be direct but it made several stops and took longer than expected to get to the destination. Finally, the bus said it had wifi but this did not work. Overall a good experience, got us where we needed to go safely and easily.
