All participants in a single booking must share the same ability level. Mixed-ability groups will automatically adapt to the speed and exercises of the least experienced participant.
The gondola ride itself takes approximately 30 minutes, but morning queues can add significant extra wait time during peak season. For morning lessons (especially 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, or 11:00 AM), we strongly recommend pre-booking a shuttle transfer or arriving at the Gondola bottom station very early (around 6:00 – 6:30 AM) to ensure you reach the top meeting point on time.
Due to fundamental technique differences, skiers and snowboarders cannot share a single private session, even if they share the same experience level.
We strongly advise limiting sessions to 1 hour per day (can be booked on request) or booking Ski Kindergarten. Young children tire quickly and progress best in short, focused blocks.

Sofia — Bansko transfer with Traventuria: The latecomer test passed! ⛷️
We landed, got caught up with our luggage, and missed our bus by 20 minutes. The bus, like true professionals, left strictly on time. We thought we were totally stranded... But the support team put themselves in our shoes and got us onto the next shuttle absolutely for FREE! A couple of hours of waiting, a couple of hours on the road — and we are up in the mountains, in Bansko!
A massive shoutout to Maria from the rental department. She picked out such perfect ski brands for us that the riding turned into pure thrill. Maria, you are our hero! Traventuria, thank you for the human touch and the killer gear. Highly recommended from the bottom of our hearts!

We rented our ski equipment from Traveturia and also used their shuttle service — both were excellent.
We arrived earlier than expected, and the team was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The shuttle service was especially convenient: a direct pick-up from Sofia Airport to our hotel, and back again at the end of the trip.
We'll definitely be booking with them again next year!

Amazing experience from start to finish! Super friendly and accommodating staff, good equipment and very forgiving policy. I lost my poles on the mountain and they replaced them without any extra charge. Thank you for the amazing service! (:

Had an amazing week in Bansko! The rental shop was fantastic — super friendly staff, really helpful, and the equipment was top quality. The boards were in great condition and the prices were very, very reasonable. Honestly couldn’t fault it. Would definitely recommend to anyone heading out there

Stayed in Bansko for a week and rented ski equipment from Traventuria!
Staff is really nice, service is good, equipment in good quality (we took the premium).
I think the biggest advantage is they open early (6:30 AM) which is really convenient if you want to wait for the gondola.
